Joachim Müller is an environmental and technology journalist and a former chief editor at TechEco Today. From 2019 to 2023, Joachim spearheaded coverage on the integration of technological innovations with sustainable practices, featuring stories on how renewable energy can combat climate change, smart cities can enhance urban living, and tech startups are revolutionizing waste management. He also curated the magazine’s Spotlight on Solutions segment, which highlighted innovative approaches to global challenges.

Before joining TechEco Today, Joachim was a correspondent for the Environment section of The Berlin Times and contributed freelance articles to outlets like Wired Germany, Der Spiegel, Die Zeit, BBC Future, Fast Company, and National Geographic. His work has taken him across Europe, where he has reported from conferences, innovation hubs, and community projects that push the boundaries of what's possible in the tech and eco sectors.

Joachim has shared his expertise as a visiting lecturer at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on journalism and environmental policy. He has also been a fellow at the European Environmental Bureau and the International Center for Journalists. Passionate about combining technology with ecological responsibility, Joachim continues to advocate for sustainable solutions through his writing and public speaking engagements. He now resides in Berlin with his family, where he enjoys cycling around the city’s green spaces and exploring new ways to live more sustainably.
