Jonah Woods, Psy.D., is a certified clinical psychologist and a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology at Cambridge University. Based in London, Jonah has dedicated his career to exploring innovative treatments for individuals struggling with trauma recovery and PTSD, alongside associated mental health challenges like chronic stress and insomnia.
