Julia Sarah Sanders, Ph.D., is an esteemed Professor of Cognitive Psychology at the University of Sydney in Australia. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Queensland, Australia. Julia then moved to London, where she completed her PhD at King's College London, UK. Following her doctoral studies, she spent time as a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University in California and later at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. Now settled in Sydney, Julia dedicates her research to exploring the intersection of technology and cognitive processes, with a special emphasis on how digital environments influence human behavior and learning. Over the past decade, she has authored more than 150 peer-reviewed articles.
Dr. Emma Taylor is a leading researcher at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Her work delves into the psychological impacts of virtual reality and augmented reality experiences on individuals and communities. Recently, she has also ventured into the field of digital wellness and mental health applications. Dr. Taylor received her Ph.D. from the University of Sydney, Australia. Before that, she obtained her BSc in Computer Science from Imperial College London, UK, and an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Edinburgh, UK. She is one of the pioneers behind the Virtual Reality Experience (VRE) project, which aims to bridge the gap between cutting-edge VR technology and its practical applications for education and therapy. Since 2018, she has been an active contributor to over 30 peer-reviewed publications, with her research gaining significant attention in both academic and industry circles.
