Juniper Hall, Ph.D., stands out as a leading psychologist and writer, known for her groundbreaking work in the field of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety disorders. Over the past fifteen years at the University of California, Berkeley, Dr. Hall has spearheaded innovative programs that integrate mindfulness practices into therapeutic settings, benefiting countless individuals worldwide.

She is now a Distinguished Professor of Psychology at Stanford University, where she also serves as a mentor to many aspiring psychologists. Juniper has penned more than 150 academic papers and several best-selling books, such as "Mindful Days" and "The Path to Inner Peace."

Dr. Hall has been running a private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area since the early 2000s, offering personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Throughout her career, she has participated in a multitude of clinical studies focusing on mental health therapies.
