Kimberly Jones, Ph.D., has just taken on the role as the Senior Research Fellow at the Innovation and Technology Hub in Silicon Valley, effective from January 2025. She is also spearheading the Inclusion and Equity Initiative at the Global Mindfulness Institute, based in San Francisco. With her extensive background in cognitive psychology and a passion for fostering inclusive environments, Kimberly is set to drive forward significant changes and advancements in both her research and community outreach programs. Her new position allows her to work closely with tech startups and established corporations alike, aiming to integrate mindfulness practices and promote unbiased decision-making processes within diverse teams across the valley.
