Knox Adams is the author of "Golden Threads: Reflections on Life, Growth, and Joy" (2023) and "Transformative Steps: 45 Insights to Mastering Personal Change" (2015). He has been contributing to various online platforms as a blogger since 2012. Knox holds an M.A. in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to his current ventures, he served as a professor at Boulder Community College, where he inspired students with courses on "Personal Development" and offered guidance through personal and career counseling.
Adams now resides in Boulder, Colorado, nestled against the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. In addition to his writing, Knox enjoys leading workshops that focus on mindfulness and resilience, helping participants find balance and purpose in their lives.
