Leah Grace Jenkins

Leah Grace Jenkins, M.Ed., LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist located in the heart of Austin, Texas. She focuses on enhancing emotional intelligence, nurturing healthy relationships, supporting women's mental health, guiding through personal growth phases, and facilitating couples therapy. Leah also works with individuals facing challenges such as stress management, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
Prior to dedicating herself to therapy, Leah had an illustrious 15-year journey in education. She was passionate about developing curricula that fostered critical thinking and creativity, preparing students for the real world while promoting inclusivity and diversity. Leah has been a guest speaker at Harvard University, the University of Texas at Austin, and the annual Innovative Education Summit held in Nashville.
Leah holds a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rice University. She completed her internship at the Travis County Mental Health Center and has received specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy from the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Her approach to therapy integrates mindfulness practices and strength-based perspectives to empower her clients to lead fulfilling lives.
As of early 2024, Leah continues to expand her knowledge and skills, attending workshops and seminars to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in her community and beyond.
