Miles Wilson, Ph.D., is the distinguished professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the University of Westminster in London. As a seasoned academic and former head of the Center for Leadership Excellence, Miles has dedicated his career to unraveling the complexities of leadership and its impact on organizational success.
With over two decades of experience, Miles has penned more than 200 publications, including scholarly articles, books, and contributions to leading journals. His latest works include "Empowering Teams: A Year's Guide to Strengthening Your Leadership" (Penguin Random House, 2023), "Diversity in Leadership: Navigating the Future" (Oxford University Press, 2023), co-authored with Tracy Adams and Sam Patel, and "Redefining Leadership: Challenges and Innovations" (Cambridge University Press, 2022).
In addition to his academic pursuits, Miles is deeply involved in community engagement and professional development. He sits on the editorial boards of several prestigious journals like The European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Leadership & Organization Development Journal, and The International Journal of Business Communication.
