Natalie

Motto:It's better to do something imperfectly than to do nothing flawlessly.
Natalie Johnson, PsyD, is a certified clinical psychologist with a specialization in cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety and mood disorders. Over the last decade, Natalie has dedicated her career to supporting individuals at Boston Medical Center and the Cambridge Community Health Center, where she established the RESILIENCE program aimed at enhancing mental resilience among youth.
Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Natalie's work extends beyond traditional therapy sessions. She organizes outdoor adventure therapy outings, conducts seminars on mental health awareness at local universities, and provides online courses for educators aiming to foster emotional intelligence in students. An active member of the Suffolk County Mental Health Task Force, Natalie meets bi-weekly to collaborate on projects that enhance community well-being.
In addition to her clinical practice, Natalie is a research associate for the Mindfulness Institute, contributing to initiatives that aim to integrate mindfulness into daily routines as a tool for managing stress. She has also co-authored "The Calm Path," a guidebook designed to help adolescents navigate through periods of high stress using practical mindfulness exercises. Natalie's ultimate objective is to empower each person or group she works with, guiding them toward a balanced and fulfilling life.
