Natalie Helen Taylor

Motto:A man is not old as long as he is seeking something. A man is not old until regrets take the place of dreams.
Natalie Helen Taylor, MA, is a dedicated counselor and advocate for mental health with over two decades of experience empowering individuals and communities. Since 2005, Natalie has pioneered innovative programs aimed at supporting survivors of trauma, particularly focusing on the psychological well-being of young adults. She established the Youth Resilience Workshops in Austin, Texas, integrating knowledge from psychology, resilience training, and community support systems.
At St. David's HealthCare, a leading medical center affiliated with the University of Texas, Natalie leads initiatives to educate healthcare professionals about the impact of early-life adversity on long-term health outcomes. Her career has seen her transition from guiding peer mentors in a youth development program based in local schools to offering expert advice to national non-profit organizations focused on youth empowerment.
Throughout her career, Natalie has consistently highlighted the importance of addressing emotional abuse and its profound effects on the mental and physical health of young people. Currently, she runs a private practice in Austin and Round Rock, Texas, where she continues to champion the cause of mental health awareness and provides compassionate care to those seeking to rebuild their lives.
