Natalie Woods

Motto:The secret of life, though, is to fall seven times and to get up eight times.
Natalie Woods is a vibrant and dedicated clinical psychologist, residing in the heart of San Francisco. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Natalie found her passion for mental health early on. After earning her degree in Psychology from Stanford University, she moved to California where she has served diverse communities, ranging from bustling urban centers to serene coastal towns.
Natalie has been an active speaker at various conferences and educational institutions across the country, sharing her insights on mental well-being. She's authored several articles for both popular magazines and peer-reviewed journals, alongside two books. Her most recent publication, Embrace Your Journey: Finding Peace in Life's Challenges (Horizon Press), draws from her extensive experience working with individuals facing life transitions.
Her interest in resilience and personal growth stems from her work with clients overcoming trauma and adversity. An essay she penned on fostering resilience has gained widespread attention, being featured in multiple publications and translated into several languages.
Natalie is not only committed to her professional pursuits but also cherishes her personal life. She enjoys hiking with her dog, Max, on weekends and exploring new recipes in her kitchen. This December, she looks forward to celebrating the holiday season with her close-knit family in their cozy home by the bay.
