Nicholas

Motto:It's not about how fast you go, it's about how far you can go.
Nicholas M. Carter, Ph.D., earned his Master's and Doctoral degrees in cognitive psychology from Stanford University. His career kicked off at the Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory, where he delved into both patient care and pioneering research. Nicholas has also shared his knowledge as a lecturer at Stanford and Harvard University. He has penned over 40 scholarly articles on human cognition.
After a decade of enriching the academic sphere, Nicholas ventured into practical applications, becoming a consultant psychologist at the Pacific Health Center in San Francisco. There, he specialized in neurodevelopmental disorders and spearheaded the center's initiative for mental health awareness, while offering general consulting services.
In early 2023, an opportunity brought Nicholas to London, where he took on the role of Clinical Director at a prominent mental wellness clinic. Soon after, he established his own practice that integrates virtual reality therapy and other cutting-edge technologies. His innovative approach has garnered attention across various media platforms.
Nicholas's latest book is titled "Bridging Minds: The Intersection of Technology and Thought." He is also the creator and host of the podcast "The Mindful Minute," exploring themes like mindfulness, personal growth, and the future of psychological therapies. His current interests revolve around digital health, cognitive behavior therapy, and the promotion of mental well-being.
