Patrick

Motto:A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles.
Patrick O'Malley, Ph.D., is a dedicated Assistant Professor of Psychological Science at the University of Toronto. He has carved out a niche for himself as a clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy; his work delves into the connections between personal growth, mental health, and effective communication strategies, with an emphasis on overcoming challenges related to stress and anxiety. Patrick is also the Clinical Director of Insight Wellness Center, located in the heart of downtown Toronto.
In his latest venture, launched in early 2024, Patrick decided to expand his reach by offering online workshops aimed at helping participants build resilience and enhance their interpersonal skills. This initiative came about after noticing a growing need for accessible mental health resources within the community. The workshops are held every Saturday morning, starting from 10 AM, providing a convenient way for busy professionals to engage in self-improvement without disrupting their schedules.
Patrick's commitment to advancing psychological science and supporting individuals in their journey towards better mental health has made him a respected figure in Toronto's academic and therapeutic circles. His approachable demeanor and passion for education have earned him the admiration of both students and colleagues alike.
