Patrick Phillips is an educator with a keen interest in technology-enhanced learning and international education, boasting over a decade of experience. Patrick embarked on his career path after spending five years as a software developer in Silicon Valley. His research focuses on leveraging technology for educational equity and access, promoting digital literacy, and fostering global citizenship among students. Patrick has authored numerous articles and delivered talks at prestigious events such as the Global Education Conference (Keynote Speaker, 2023), TechLearn, the International Society for Technology in Education, and the Association for Educational Communications and Technology.
