Penelope Jane White, a dedicated child psychologist and family counselor, has been enriching the lives of children and families for over two decades. Based in Sydney, Australia, Penelope has served as the Chief Advisor for Early Childhood Development at the Australian Institute of Family Studies since 2005, where she spearheaded initiatives to enhance educational resources for parents.
Penelope is renowned for her innovative approach to early childhood education, having authored several books that offer practical guidance for parents and educators alike. Her latest book, "Unlocking Your Child's Potential," explores strategies to foster independence and resilience in young children. She also hosts a popular podcast called "Growing Together," which delves into various aspects of child development and parenting challenges. Penelope frequently contributes articles to "Family Circle" and "Australian Parents Magazine," providing expert advice on nurturing healthy parent-child relationships.
With more than 30 years of clinical experience, Penelope has worked closely with families to navigate the complexities of child behavior and emotional growth. Additionally, Penelope has consulted on policy development for the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development in New South Wales.

Penelope earned her Bachelor of Psychology (Honors) from the University of Sydney and completed her Doctorate in Child Psychology at Monash University. She also holds a certification in Early Childhood Intervention from the Telethon Kids Institute.
