Persephone Young, MA, LMFT, is a dedicated marriage and family therapist with a special focus on helping individuals and couples navigate the challenges of modern relationships. By integrating narrative therapy, emotional intelligence, resilience building, and authentic communication, she empowers her clients to resolve conflicts, foster deeper connections, and cultivate a more fulfilling life together. Persephone is the author of "The Heart's Narrative: A Guide to Embracing True Connection" (Heartwood Press, 2023) and co-author of "Bridging Us: Strengthening Relationships in the Digital Age" (Heartwood Press, 2024).
In addition to her writing, Persephone shares her expertise through contributions to platforms like Relationship Matters, The Modern Couple Blog, and Connected Lives Magazine. She is also a sought-after speaker at relationship and personal growth conferences across the country.
Persephone received her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Southern California and has been enriching lives as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for nearly 15 years. Currently, she conducts sessions both in-person and online, serving communities throughout the state of Texas.
