She was the key figure in a feature by The Sydney Morning Herald on the benefits of mindfulness for stress reduction, as well as interviews in Wellbeing Magazine, Insight Journal, and Thrive Global.
Looking ahead, Phoebe plans to delve into the neurological underpinnings of mindfulness, investigating how these practices affect brain structure and function. This ambitious project will involve collaboration with international partners across Asia and Europe, bringing together top neuroscientists and psychologists.
Dr. Phoebe Baker aims to empower individuals worldwide to cultivate inner peace and emotional balance through her research and advocacy. For those interested in learning more about her work, they can visit her dedicated mindfulness research website.
As of December 2024, Phoebe is preparing to launch a new initiative that will offer free online mindfulness courses to communities around the globe, aiming to make this powerful tool for mental health accessible to everyone.
