Quincy Alexander Knightley

Motto:What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.
Quincy Alexander Knightley is a project coordinator with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Geneva, Switzerland. In this role, he leads initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable development and enhancing global cooperation. Quincy began his professional journey over 15 years ago, focusing on climate change and renewable energy projects across Europe and Southeast Asia. His career has also seen him collaborate closely with various international bodies, including the European Parliament and the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA).
Quincy's dedication to personal development and emotional intelligence extends far beyond his daily work routine; it forms an integral part of his leadership philosophy. As the founder of the Global Empathy Network within the UNDP, he works tirelessly to promote empathy and compassionate practices among colleagues from around the world. Certified as a life coach by the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School, Quincy frequently organizes workshops that encourage mindful communication and emotional resilience, particularly in high-stress environments like Geneva.
Knightley’s reflections and insights are shared in his capacity as an individual, and any opinions expressed are his own and do not necessarily reflect those of the UNDP or the United Nations. Through his efforts, Quincy aims to inspire a culture of mindfulness and understanding in the international community he cherishes.
