Quinn Foster, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and the founder of Mindful Living Center in Austin, Texas.

Quinn joined the faculty of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Institute (CBTI) affiliated with the Global Mental Health Alliance and serves on the Advisory Board of Anxiety Support Network Texas. She acts as a consultant for the Texas Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders, a visiting clinical supervisor at the University of Texas Counseling and Mental Health Center, and holds a position on the executive committee for the Society for Contextual Behavioral Science's Stress and Resilience Working Group.

She co-authored "The Mindfulness Workbook: A Path to Present-Moment Awareness and Emotional Balance," which guides readers through cultivating mindfulness practices for everyday life.

Quinn earned her doctorate in clinical psychology with a specialization in behavioral health and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in integrative medicine. Her professional journey includes extensive research experience as a four-year fellow in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, alongside clinical work at Boston Children’s Hospital, McLean Hospital, and the Austen Riggs Center. Quinn started her career as an assistant professor at the University of Texas at Austin, teaching within the College of Education and the Steve Hicks School of Social Work.

Quinn has been featured in various media outlets, including appearances on TEDx Talks, The Happiness Lab podcast, and local Austin news segments. She has contributed to articles in Psychology Today, Forbes, and Medium, among other publications. An advocate for mental wellness, Quinn frequently speaks at conferences and workshops, sharing insights into the benefits of mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral strategies for improving quality of life.
