Quintessa Morgan, Ph.D., is a Senior Lecturer in Business Administration at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Harvard University in the United States, and she also boasts a Master's degree in Global Studies from the University of Leipzig in Germany. Quintessa's research explores innovation management, sustainable entrepreneurship, and team dynamics, with a keen interest in how innovative ecosystems foster entrepreneurial ventures and the role of leadership in promoting sustainable practices that lead to thriving communities and businesses alike. Her work has been pivotal in shaping policies that support green startups and in cultivating leaders who can inspire change and sustainability in the modern world.
On a crisp autumn morning in October 2024, Quintessa stood before an enthusiastic audience at theUCT Graduate School of Business, located in the vibrant coastal city of Cape Town.
