Quintilla Bennett

Quintilla Bennett is a former professor at Stanford University, a celebrated author, and an influential speaker on the topics of personal development, emotional intelligence, and mental wellness.
She penned the critically acclaimed book "Embracing Change: A Guide to Navigating Life's Transitions" published by Penguin Random House in 2024. Her earlier works include "The Art of Mindful Living," which hit the shelves in 2015 with HarperCollins, and she co-authored "Building Bridges: Connecting Through Compassion and Understanding," released by Oxford University Press in 2008.
From 1985 to 2007, Quintilla was a dedicated broadcast journalist for KGO-TV in San Francisco, where her focus was on community stories and human interest pieces that resonated deeply with viewers. During her tenure, she garnered the prestigious Peabody Award for her groundbreaking series on urban youth empowerment. She also received six local EMMY awards for her compelling storytelling. In addition, Quintilla was selected as a Nieman Fellow at Harvard University from 2000 to 2001, and served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Broadcasters from 1993 to 2003.
