Quintus, a distinguished expert in the psychology of performance and family dynamics, has made significant contributions to the world of sports and beyond. Quintus has consulted for elite teams such as the German National Cycling Squad, the Italian Rowing Federation, and the Swedish Martial Arts Association. He has also been invited to speak by the Olympic committees of Germany, Brazil, Italy, and Japan. His expertise extends to working with professional athletes and Olympians across cycling, rowing, martial arts, swimming, and volleyball.

Quintus frequently shares his insights at educational institutions and youth-performance programs in both urban centers and rural areas, from bustling Tokyo to quaint villages in Tuscany. With a Bachelor's degree from Kyoto University and a Master's and Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Bologna, Quintus previously served as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Psychology in Berlin and a Clinical Associate Professor within the Performance Psychology program at the University of Milan. Presently, he holds an adjunct professorship at Kyoto University.
