Rebecca Anne Webster

Rebecca Anne Webster, LCSW, CEDS-S, is a dedicated mental health professional renowned for her compassionate approach to treating eating disorders and promoting positive body image. Certified by the California State Board as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and recognized as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, Rebecca also serves as an Approved Supervisor/Consultant under the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals Foundation. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), followed by a Master's in Social Work with a focus on clinical practice from the University of Southern California.
Rebecca has been enriching the lives of those she serves since 2018 at The Body Positive Center in Santa Monica, where she worked closely with adolescents and their families. In 2021, she took on the role of Clinical Director at The Willow Center in Pasadena, further honing her skills before establishing her own private practice in San Diego, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. Her therapeutic repertoire includes individual counseling, family sessions, and innovative group therapy programs designed to foster healing and recovery.
Drawing upon her profound knowledge and experience, Rebecca has become a sought-after speaker, addressing critical issues such as the prevention and early intervention of eating disorders, effective therapeutic strategies, and the importance of self-acceptance in both professional workshops and public forums. Her insights have been shared through various media platforms, and she co-authored the book "Embracing Self: A Journey Through Recovery," which aims to provide support and guidance to individuals navigating the path towards recovery from eating disorders. Rebecca's work is driven by her passion for empowering others to achieve mental wellness and a healthier relationship with themselves and food.
