Riley Samson Williams, Psy.D., is a psychologist with a focus on resilience and positive mindset cultivation. Riley leads the wellness program at Google's headquarters in Mountain View, California, where they have been recognized as one of the most innovative mental health advocates within the company. Prior to this role, Riley was involved in groundbreaking research at Stanford University, exploring the impacts of mindfulness on stress reduction and emotional well-being. Riley earned their Psy.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating summa cum laude.
It's now mid-2024, and Riley has already made significant strides in promoting mental health awareness not only within the tech giant but also across various industries. Based out of Silicon Valley, Riley’s approach is refreshingly down-to-earth, blending cutting-edge psychological theories with practical strategies that anyone can apply.
