Ruby Powell is a communication coach. She's also the founder of SpeakUp Studio in Seattle, and previously, an executive at Amazon. Ruby has been empowering shy speakers and introverts with her expertise since the mid-2010s. An advocate for boosting confidence through effective communication, she authored the acclaimed book "Voice Power for Introverts" and has contributed to Forbes and TED Talks.
As a communication coach, Ruby guides her clients on how to express their unique value clearly and confidently, adapting to today’s fast-paced digital world. They work together on crafting an authentic personal brand that resonates both online and offline. By enhancing public speaking skills and learning to navigate social media strategically, clients experience transformative changes—securing dream opportunities, earning well-deserved promotions, or simply feeling more at ease when stepping into the spotlight.
