Ryan Garcia, a certified professional in sports management and nutrition, provides personalized training and wellness programs at Elite Fitness Hub in Austin, Texas, and Miami, Florida. Known for his innovative approach to fitness and health, Ryan has become a sought-after coach and mentor, helping athletes reach their peak performance.
With over 15 years of experience under his belt, Ryan has guided more than 6,000 athletes to achieve their personal bests. For a decade, he served as a senior trainer and sports science advisor at the University of Texas at Austin, where he also played an instrumental role in developing new training methodologies.
