Samuel Richard Morris

Motto:True success is overcoming the fear of being unsuccessful.
Samuel Richard Morris started blogging about mental health and personal growth in 2021 after realizing that his younger brother had been battling with anxiety disorders. His goal was to educate himself on the complexities of mental health issues and assist those who were finding it hard to support a loved one dealing with similar struggles.
Morris integrates findings from psychological studies, heartfelt conversations with individuals overcoming their challenges, and insights from his own journey. He has penned several influential articles and two well-received books: "Bridging the Divide: Understanding and Supporting Mental Health" and "A New Dawn: Guidance for Families Embracing Recovery". Originally from Portland, Oregon, Samuel previously worked as a software engineer but found his true calling in advocacy and writing. He now resides in Seattle, where he volunteers at a local mental health clinic and teaches workshops on resilience building. Samuel is the proud father of two teenage children and an avid supporter of community-based initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness.
