Savannah Reed is the dynamic Founder and CEO of Empowering Minds (EmpoweringMinds.org), a global non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing leadership and personal growth skills in today's youth. Through her initiative, Empowering Minds, Savannah and her team equip schools, colleges, community organizations, and sports leagues around the world with the resources they need to foster young leaders capable of making a positive impact on society.
Since its inception in 2018, Savannah has been actively engaging with middle school and high school students, teaching them the essentials of becoming compassionate leaders not only within their academic environments but also in their communities and homes. Her reach extends far and wide; she has addressed over 400,000 students, educators, and staff members at numerous educational institutions globally, from Tokyo’s Keio University to London’s Imperial College, and many more across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
In addition to her speaking engagements, Savannah has offered leadership development programs for international bodies like the United Nations Youth Organization and various sports clubs, including Barcelona FC, Manchester United, and the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team.
Savannah is an accomplished author with over 30 publications to her name. Among her best-sellers are "Visionary Visions: Icons that Shape Leadership Traits," "Understanding Gen Alpha Unveiled," "Stepping Beyond Boundaries," and "The 15 Essential Steps Parents Must Take." Acknowledged as a leading voice on contemporary youth and generational trends, Savannah's insights have featured in prominent media outlets such as The Guardian, BBC World News, Forbes, TED Talks, and The Economist.
