Scarlett Louise Foster-Hall, a leading performance coach with a background in enhancing the capabilities of individuals across various high-stakes environments, has carved out an impressive career. Scarlett currently thrives as the Chief Experience Officer at ThriveZone, an innovative personal development consultancy that brings elite strategies from top-tier sports and beyond to professionals around the globe. Previously, she held the position of Head of Athlete Engagement and Growth for the Manchester United Football Club.
In her latest venture, Scarlett has been instrumental in launching community wellness programs in Sydney, Australia, aimed at improving mental health and physical well-being among residents. Her work has not only focused on athletes but has also extended to include first responders and healthcare workers, providing them with tools to manage stress and enhance resilience.
Scarlett obtained her doctoral degree in positive psychology with a focus on peak performance from the University of Melbourne. She holds a Master's in Sports Management from the University of Technology Sydney and completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Monash University. Over the years, Scarlett has shared her expertise with Australian Institute of Sport teams and has contributed to the development of several Olympic athletes.
