Silas Young is a novelist, playwright, and technology enthusiast. His latest novel, Digital Dreams, has just hit the shelves; he's also known for his short story collection, Echoes of Silicon. Silas' work has been featured in Wired, TechCrunch, The Guardian, Asimov's Science Fiction, Analog Science Fiction and Fact, Clarkesworld Magazine, Interzone, Nature Futures, and many other esteemed publications.

Silas was a distinguished writer-in-residence at Stanford University this past spring semester and holds a master’s degree in creative writing from Oxford. He has shared his passion for storytelling and tech through teaching creative writing and scriptwriting workshops at Stanford, UC Berkeley, and during exchange programs in tech hubs like Berlin's startup district.

Having garnered recognition with awards and grants from institutions such as Oxford, Stanford, the Knight Foundation, the MacDowell Colony, and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, Silas continues to push boundaries in how we think about technology and its intersection with human life.

He now resides in San Francisco with his family, where he finds inspiration among the bustling tech community and the city's vibrant culture.
