Stephen Lane, Ph.D., is a celebrated psychologist specializing in adolescent psychology and mental health therapy in Portland, Oregon. Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Adolescent Therapy, Stephen serves as a lead psychologist at the Providence Health System and holds an Associate Clinical Professor position (Psychology, Psychiatry) at the Oregon Health & Science University. He is also a Fellow of the American Psychological Association (Adolescent and Developmental Psychology).
For over two decades, Stephen has been dedicated to improving the lives of young people, serving as the clinical supervisor at the Adolescent Wellness Center within the Providence Health System. His work has not only focused on direct patient care but also on developing innovative therapeutic programs that address the unique challenges faced by today's youth.
Stephen is the author of more than 20 books on adolescent development and mental health, with his latest book, "Empowering Teen Minds: A Guide for Parents and Educators," receiving praise from educators and psychologists alike.
