Theodora Martinez, Ph.D., is a passionate educator and Professor of Environmental Science at the University of Southern California. She has dedicated her career to exploring sustainable urban development, renewable energy adoption in metropolitan areas, green infrastructure, and the impact of climate change on coastal communities. Recently, she led a groundbreaking project that introduced floating solar farms along the coast of San Diego, significantly enhancing local renewable energy production.

Theodora's research has not only been featured in numerous academic journals but has also influenced policy changes at both state and federal levels. Alongside her colleague, Dr. Elena Rogers, she co-authored "Sustainability in Sight: Building Eco-Friendly Cities," which examines how cities can adapt to environmental challenges while fostering economic growth.
