Theodorah Johnson, Ph.D., is a visiting scholar in the sociology department at Boston University. Arriving in Boston on a crisp autumn morning in early November 2023, Theodorah was excited to embark on this new chapter of her academic journey. The historic streets of Beacon Hill welcomed her with their charming brick pathways and classic New England architecture.
Eager to share her research on urban community development, Theodorah planned to collaborate with local organizations and students to foster initiatives that could strengthen community ties and promote social cohesion.
