Theodore Isaac Lewis, Ph.D., is the founder and lead facilitator of the Innovation for Growth Initiative at Brightwater University in Seattle, Washington. He is a distinguished professor and organizational psychologist on the faculty of the London School of Economics and Political Science. Theodore has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed journals and business publications, earning accolades for his research on innovation and leadership. He has delivered keynotes across continents, inspiring audiences with his insights on harnessing creativity for personal and professional development. Alongside his sister, Evelyn Lewis, an accomplished artist and educator, he co-authored "The Creativity Blueprint: Crafting Success With Innovative Thinking" (Penguin Random House, March 2024).
