Ursula Patricia Wilson

Motto:Tough times never last, but tough people do.
Ursula Patricia Wilson, M.A., PCC is the founder of Family Harmony Academy and the innovator behind the Compassionate Caregiving framework designed for modern caregivers. Ursula, a dedicated mother of four children, has harmonized two decades of professional achievements with her personal journey as a caregiver to craft an empathetic caregiving system that equips her clients with the insight and assurance needed to balance their various responsibilities and find peace amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life. She inspires caregivers who feel stretched thin to channel—not suppress!—their concerns into a personalized path towards caregiving excellence.
Her latest book, "A Heartfelt Guide: Navigating Caregiving with Compassion," outlines her unique approach. Each chapter includes a special segment aimed at assisting readers in applying the compassionate caregiving principles in their home environments, ensuring these same methodologies can enrich the lives of those they care for.
Based in San Francisco, California, Ursula launched Family Harmony Academy on March 14, 2023, from her living room, with the vision of creating a community where caregivers could find support and guidance. Her educational background encompasses postgraduate studies in counseling psychology. She holds certifications as an ICF Professional Coach, Certified Family Life Educator, and Emotional Intelligence Trainer. Ursula has also had the privilege of learning from leaders in the field such as Doctors Helen Riess, Dan Siegel, and Stephen Porges. Her work is deeply rooted in practical experience—guiding caregivers to not only maintain but thrive in their roles while nurturing meaningful connections within their families.
