Victoria Katherine Elliott-Scott, Ph.D., is the Lead Innovator at Mindful Living Labs, a pioneering tech company that integrates mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques into everyday life through apps designed for individuals, wellness centers, and corporate wellness programs. Victoria obtained her doctorate in positive psychology from Oxford University, after which she spent several years as a research fellow at Cambridge University before transitioning to the tech sector full-time. Renowned for her insights into mental resilience and her development of digital tools aimed at enhancing personal growth and emotional health, Victoria's interest in this field was sparked during her early career when she observed the profound impact of technology on mental health interventions.
Victoria resides with her partner and their rescue dog, Max, in a cozy cottage nestled in the picturesque Cotswolds in England. When not working, Victoria enjoys hiking the scenic trails around her home and practicing yoga. Recently, she has also taken up gardening, finding it a therapeutic way to unwind and connect with nature, especially during the challenging winter months of 2024.
