Willa Johnson, Ph.D., is a passionate educator, mentor, and the founder of Thrive Beyond Limits. Born and raised in San Francisco, Willa now calls New York City her home. As an educator, she dedicates her time to empowering young minds at one of the city's leading universities.
In 2023, Willa launched an initiative aimed at fostering creativity and innovation among students. She believes that every student has the potential to make a significant impact on the world, and she works tirelessly to help them discover their unique talents. Alongside her teaching role, Willa serves as a personal development coach for emerging leaders, guiding them through challenges and helping them build resilience.
