Yolande Marquez, Ph.D., is the Lead Professor of Literature at the coastal campus of SeaBreeze University and a Visiting Scholar at the Mediterranean Studies Center. She penned several critically acclaimed books, including "Voices of the Shore" (which was featured on a popular podcast and selected as a Book of the Month by a leading literary magazine) and "Dancing with Camus," celebrated for its unique insights into existential philosophy. Most recently, she authored "Tides of Thought," which has been shortlisted for the prestigious Blue Horizon Award. Yolande resides in the charming town of Marina Del Sol, right by the sea, with her partner, Marco, and their two cats. When not engrossed in writing or teaching, Yolande can often be found strolling along the beach or hosting lively dinner parties that spark engaging conversations late into the evening.
