Zoe Rogers

Motto:Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
Zoe Rogers, MA, is a former literature teacher and now an inspirational life coach at Blossom Heart Coaching. Based in the heart of Sydney, Australia, Zoe guides individuals through personal growth challenges related to self-expression, creativity, relationships, and finding joy in everyday moments. She integrates insights from narrative therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness practices, and creative arts therapies to help her clients rewrite their stories and embrace a more fulfilling life.
This past spring, Zoe embarked on a new venture within her coaching practice, focusing on supporting artists who are transitioning out of high-pressure creative industries. Many of these artists have spent years in environments that prioritize output over well-being, leading to burnout and a skewed perception of what it means to be successful. In her cozy studio overlooking Sydney Harbour, Zoe works with her clients to unpack the pressures they've faced and explore healthier ways to define and achieve success. Together, they delve into the values and passions that truly matter to them, aiming to foster resilience and a renewed sense of purpose.
Through one-on-one sessions and workshops, Zoe encourages artists to reconnect with their authentic selves and find balance between professional aspirations and personal happiness. A former theatre actor herself, Zoe understands firsthand the unique struggles that come with pursuing a career in the arts. By sharing her own experiences and using storytelling as a therapeutic tool, she helps others navigate their journey toward a more harmonious and enriched life.
