Best wishes on your special day!

It is important to remember that your existence is valuable in and of itself, regardless of the opinions of others. What others say or do is a reflection of their own needs and circumstances. It is crucial to recognize that you are the primary architect of your own reality.

From my earliest recollections, I believe it was when I was approximately ten years of age in elementary school, and my parents celebrated my birthday. However, I was unable to perceive the love that was being expressed.

I feel a sense of isolation and self-loathing. I perceive myself as overweight, unattractive, and lacking in intelligence. I observe the interactions of children with positive social connections, who engage in quiet conversations, while I remain isolated.

Now, at the age of thirty, I have come to understand that my self-perception was inaccurate. I had assumed that I was bad, lonely, and pitiful. In reality, I am good, have many friends, and am deeply loved.

It is important to note that not all feelings are necessarily accurate. Some may be a result of re-experiencing negative childhood scenarios. As a potential solution, I would suggest trying mindfulness meditation as a means of finding your own state of relaxation.

It is challenging to discern one's authentic emotions initially, but with perseverance, even brief periods of daily practice, say a minute or two, or ten minutes, can facilitate significant shifts. Maintaining a self-acceptance journal on a daily basis can also prove beneficial.

I encourage you to give this approach a try. I am optimistic that we can all come to understand that, in fact, "happy birthday" is something you say to yourself.

Dear Colleague, I would like to extend my warmest wishes for a happy birthday.

You feel that you should be at this carefree age, enjoying the beauty of life. On this special day, I can deeply empathize with your loneliness and loss. Please accept my condolences.

During our formative years, we occasionally perceived ourselves as dissimilar from our peers. Witnessing others commemorating their birthdays with their companions and parents, while we were excluded from such celebrations, often resulted in feelings of sadness and envy.

This sentiment may stem from our intrinsic need for belonging and love. We all seek acceptance, understanding, and affection.

However, there will inevitably be times in life when circumstances are less than ideal. This does not mean that happiness is unattainable.

Please be aware that each individual has their own unique life path, and that happiness may arise in unexpected ways.

You may feel that you have no friends right now, but you can attempt to connect with others, be open, share your experiences, and gradually develop your own network. Concurrently, it is important to prioritize self-care and provide yourself with support and motivation.

It is important to remember that you could have been less lonely, and that there are many people who care about you. You may wish to consider finding some hobbies and joining related groups, where you might meet like-minded people.

With regard to your parents, I am unaware of the current situation between you and them. If possible, I would advise you to communicate with them, express your feelings and needs, and let them know what you want.

It is of the utmost importance to have confidence in yourself and the belief that the future will be more positive. Your own happiness is there for the taking, and it is up to you to discover and embrace it.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy birthday once again.

I hope you can recognize your own value and sense of being loved on this special day, and I hope you can find your own happiness and joy soon.

On behalf of the entire organization, I would like to extend our warmest wishes to you on this special occasion. We also want to express our love and appreciation for you.

It's a bit late, but I'm still going to wish you a happy birthday! There's an old singer in Taipei named Zheng Zhihua, and he has a song called "Happy Birthday Song." I'm sending you the lyrics:

Happy Birthday Song by Zheng Zhihua

Your birthday reminds me of a friend from a long time ago. It was a cold winter, and he was wandering the streets.

He wasn't asking for anything. He was just shaking his head. He said it was his birthday, but no one wished him a happy birthday.

Happy birthday to you! Hold my hand and sing happy birthday with me!

Happy birthday to you! May you have a happy life every day, no matter how you spend your birthday.

This friend has long since disappeared, and I feel a little lost in front of you. In this world, some people have nothing, while others have too much.

My dearest friend, cherish what you have. This song is for your birthday, and it will always be by your side.

Happy birthday to you! Hold my hand and sing happy birthday with me!

Happy birthday to you! Have a happy life every day. Don't care how you spend your birthday.

Happy birthday to you! Hold my hand and sing this happy birthday song with me!

Happy birthday to you! I want you to have a happy every day for the rest of your life, no matter how you spend it.

I want you to know that I wish you a happy birthday this year, and I also want you to know that I hope you will look back on this past year and be happy and healthy every year on your birthday from now on!

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. Birthdays should be about celebrating you, and it's tough when it feels like no one is around to do that. Maybe this could be the year you decide to celebrate yourself in a way that makes you happy.

It sounds like your birthday isn't what you hoped for this year. Remember, you can create your own moments of joy. Even if others aren't around, you deserve to feel special on your day.

I understand how you feel. Sometimes we want the people we love to make our day special, but we can also take this time to do something just for us. Perhaps treat yourself to something you've been wanting or enjoy a quiet moment doing something you love.

Feeling left out on your birthday can be really hard. But birthdays are about you, and you have the power to make your day meaningful. Maybe this year, you could start a new tradition that you'll look forward to every year from now on.

Your feelings are completely valid. It's okay to wish for celebrations and company. While this birthday might not be as you imagined, there's always the possibility of making unexpected plans or simply allowing yourself to rest and reflect.
