It feels like when I was little, I didn't have to do much, but I was very happy every day. But when I grew up, nothing made me happy. All kinds of pressure in life suffocated me, and recently I haven't been able to find a suitable way to deal with it.

I remember feeling the same way, like everything was simpler and more joyful back then. Now it's all about responsibilities and stress. I guess we need to find small moments of happiness in the chaos and try not to lose ourselves in the pressure.

Josephine Violet Time is a created thing. To say "I don't have time" is to say "I don't want to".

Life definitely feels heavier as we grow older. Sometimes I think going back to basics, doing things we enjoyed as kids, could help bring back that happiness. It's also important to talk about our feelings and not bottle up the stress.

It's tough when the pressures of adulthood overshadow our joy. Maybe focusing on what we can control and setting aside time for selfcare might help us feel better. Seeking support from friends or professionals can be a step forward too.
