Why do you always feel tired, lonely, lost and powerless? By Anonymous | Published on December 18, 2024

I'm so burnt out at work that I can't concentrate on my work. I have to doze off and do something else after working for a short while, but there are actually a lot of things that need to be done...

I feel so lonely after work. I could go to the gym, read, study, and grow myself, but I just feel so depressed, lost, and powerless...

Can someone help me...

I totally understand how you feel. It's really tough when you're burnt out. Maybe it's time to take a small break and do something that brings you joy, even if it's just for a few minutes.

Feeling this way is so hard. Have you thought about talking to someone close to you about your feelings? Sometimes sharing what you're going through can lighten the load.

It sounds like you're pushing yourself too hard. Try setting smaller, manageable goals for each day. Achieving these can give you a sense of accomplishment without overwhelming you.

Work burnout is real and affects us deeply. Perhaps reaching out to a professional could offer some strategies to cope with the stress and find your way back to feeling better.

The gym or reading might be great, but only if you feel up to it. It's okay to just rest and do nothing sometimes. Listening to your body and mind is important too.
